How much does an ionic breeze quadra help a person with common alergies to breathe?
Dec 18, 2006 by nick r | Posted in Allergies
INFOMERCIALS SAY THAT IONIC BREEZE IS THE Surrebuttal , HELPS TO GIVE OFF OXYGEN AND FILTERS THE AIR WITH A REUSABLE Eliminate THAT LASTS FOREVER, IONS THEY RELEASE INTO YOUR HOME CAN INFACT BE Baleful TO A PERSON WITH ASMA AND PROBABLY ARE TEARING UP THE OZONE LAYER .
Alot, my hide had terrible allergies, after we started using a hepa cheesecloth he now is breathing much better, and his allergies are down to once a year in the well-spring. Hope this helps you, also I heard that the quadra was better than the hepa but it is due a little pricey for us. We're happy with the results.Agreeable Luck.

how to clean ionic breeze quadra?
Apr 08, 2007 by PLU | Posted in Cleaning & Laundry
Yank the "filter" out and wipe it down w/ a moisture cloth or sponge.
Let it dry for a couple hours, then give it a light-bulb shake.
Put it back in and you're all set.

How does an "Ionic Breeze" air purifier compare to an air purification device with a HEPA filter?
Jun 24, 2007 by Tyler C | Posted in Other - Home & Garden
Does an "Ionic Breeze Quadra" as a matter of fact purify and move the air around a room as well as a less-marketed, often less-expensive HEPA riddle device?
depends on if you lust after to buy replacement filters or not. I have a smaller version of the ionic breeze, about a foot spacy, and tho it doesnt move air like a fan does, it does move enough air to flee the dirt stick to its filter rods. its extraordinary how much it picks up. I live in a dusty state, so I have to scrub them once a week or so, but thats all dirt I am not breathing. It does spawn ozone, tho, which some say is not good for you, so I turn mine off at night when I am in the compartment. But it keeps the room smelling fresh while it is working. I have also tried several trickle type cleaners, also, but I dont like haveing to buy the valuable hepa filters, and while they do filter the air pretty well, it gets to be a sorrow, because the store may discontinue them after a while, and I have to search for some other place to get them, etc. The ionic breeze never needs a winnow, tho, I just wipe it down with a couple of handi wipes once a week, and thats it. I bought mine at a penuriousness store for 5 bucks, tho... so Thats completely a discount from the Sharper Image price.

Why does my Ionic Breeze spark? Is it dangerous?
Jul 19, 2008 by Susan K | Posted in Maintenance & Repairs
We have an Ionic Breeze Quadra that's about four years old. The other day I was laying on the tete- and I saw sparks come off of it? We clean the filter often and have no other problems. My budget thinks that it started doing that because the dog has knocked it over a team a few of times. Any thoughts?
Sparking from an Ionic Breeze may or may not be a delinquent. If it is an electrical connection spark, that would be a bad thing. If it is dust hitting the elements, that would perhaps be just normal operation. The problem is the ozone that the scheme is designed to generate. You should check out some of the references on the web mutual to these devices and think about whether or not you want to keep using it at all.
