1 day selling coming soon here.is this a gimmick or a reputable work that saves energy and does what the manufacturer claims?
heating with tension costs the same for all heaters regardless of design or get. all electric heaters are 100% efficient. it is a thingummy! replacing quartz bulbs on such a heater might be costly.
quartz heaters with exposed bulbs can exertion better if you let the light shine on you & heats u shortly.your sunheat seems to be enclosed. seen those things go for $300! buys a lot of vibrations when a $20 heater will be as efficient.
theres about 3100 btu in a kw of electrifying no matter how you burn it.

Does anybody know about the sunheat infrared heating system anyone use it is it worth it?

While Ed has the (infrared) technology ethical, he is mistaken about this SunHeat unit. It is an electric unit that uses the aggregation of Quartz lamps and copper chambers fabricate an infrared effect that doesn't over heat the air so it allows the impassion to travel through the humidity in the area. With that, it is possible to tension OVER a 1000 ft with the 1500 model (SunHeat) at an energy unwasteful rate. This all depends on the variables in the area of routine (ie. insulation, floor material, open doors/windows).
EdenPure has a remote video at the link below to show the difference:
http://www.edenpuremidwest.com (no this is not my website nor do I drudgery for EdenPure)
Now I have introduced to you to a different brand. One fetish you must know is that even though EdenPure uses the same technology, it is a shapable mail-order product built for pile sales. SunHeat is built more for long lasting and competence. Here are some of the differences I have found personally:
EdenPure: 1 Year restricted Warranty. Has to be shipped to Canton, OH to be fixed and an ETA is not acknowledged (usually). Made out of plastic and aluminum. Overseas bloke service (different person everytime).
SunHeat: 3 Year Undertaking on all parts/repairs. Localized dealers to adjustment and answer questions. Made out of solid oak and galvanized bite the bullet.
The price on the Sunheats are usually about $100 higher than EdenPure but for those very favourable reasons.
Right now I have 1 of the SunHeat 1500s heating my 1000 sq ft building (Minnesota in October). Both of these brands sell the same technology but I himself think that one is more superior than the other (I'll let you decide). No matter which one you go with, you should be competent to get your money back plus more with the savings on your energy bill.
I hope this helps!

Has anybody bought one of those Infra Red Heating systems also known as "SunHeat"? Know if they work?

The flyer posted it at $379.00. They run on 110 volt. The flyer also says it heats 400-1000sq.ft. and costs pennies a day.
I had an Eden Virgin, which according to Paul Harvey is the best in it's grade and I was so disappointed I sent it back before my trial period was over. But I was worrying to heat a regular bedroom. I know in close-fisted spaces these kinds of heaters do better.

If you are growing to go this route, it is a supplemental heat, if I'm not mistaking it uses infra red bulbs curb out ww.portablefurnace.com, the bulbs are replacable in this unit and in the sun twin and two other models they are not replacable unless they have changed the way they are manufacturing them. These units do drudgery good for supplemental heat and depending on where you lively you may not have to start your furnace until the end of October or November....we have friends that run two of them in the winter and their tense bill went up about forty bucks or so, which isn't bad for two heaters, they will cut down on your gas bill if you heat with gas....decent remember they are a supplemental heater not made to heat your whole for nothing with in the winter.
