I need help with my maxim corn/wood pellet stove by central boiler?
We bought a Byword corn/wood pellet outside boiler by central boiler, it didn't travail. it was replaced and now after 2 months of trying to learn to drive it, it is not functioning. our salesman came out and said median boiler told him to beat on the end of the auger with a hammer and instructed us to do the same if needed. we are told, we are the only ones to have a disturbed with our Maxim by Central boiler. if you have a maxim or identify anything about them please help.
You should not have to hit anything with a hammer to get it to profession (except for a nail). This is the second unit you've had discomfit with and they told you you're the only one with that problem. They're fibbing or they have no idea what they're talking about, either way it doesn't intact like a company I'd want to do matter with. Send the unit back and buy yourself a different brand.
