PARIZ - Jedan od najvećih slučajeva nelegalnog trgovanja akcijama u Evropi proteklih godina ušao je u fazu suđenja saslušanjem 17 sadašnjih i bivših čelnika evropskog avio-koncerna EADS i njegove poslovnice "Airbusa", koji bi, ako im se dokaže krivica, mogli da budu osuđeni na višemilionske novčane, a možda i na kazne zatvora.

Postupak se vodi pred francuskom Upravom za finansijska tržišta (AMF), nadzornim i regulatornim tijelom francuske berze, čija saslušanja imaju snagu sudskog postupka i na osnovu kojih AMF do kraja godine mora donijeti odluku o mogućim sankcijama. Čelnike EADS-a i vodećeg evropskog proizvođača aviona "Airbusa", koji će svoje iskaze davati do kraja sedmice, AMF sumnjiči za insajdersko trgovanje akcijama EADS-a. Oni su osumnjičeni za sticanje protivpravne imovinske koristi prodajom akcija na osnovu privilegovanih informacija o problemima unutar kompanije prije njihovog objavljivanja u javnosti, koje je uzrokovalo snažan pad cijene akcija.

Francuski regulator tržišta je tri godine istraživao šta su čelnici EADS-a znali o tehničkim problemima u izradi najvećeg aviona na svijetu A380 i letjelice A350, kada su 2005. i početkom 2006. prodali akcije vrijedne milione evra. U martu 2006. godine, kad su ih prodavali, akcije EADS-a bilježile su najveću vrijednost ikad od 30 evra. Kad je EADS u junu iste godine objavio teškoće u proizvodnji A380, zbog kojih su rokovi isporuke tih aviona bili prolongirani, akcije kompanije u jednom danu su izgubile 26 odsto vrijednosti. U ponedjeljak se na Pariskoj berzi akcijama EADS-a trgovalo po cijeni od 12,95 evra.
