How does the ventilation take place in a room fitted with a split air conditioner?
Apr 21, 2007 by Satish B | Posted in Decorating & Remodeling
I would like to establish a split air conditioner in my room. I am not sure how the ventilation will happen if I seal all the windows. Along with blowing new air, does a split AC pull out stangnent air from the room as well? Please bring up what I should do for my room ventilation if I fit a split AC. Thanks for your time!
A split A/C only recirculates the air in the allowance. It doesn't extract stagnant air. To ventilate do a moonlight flit a couple of opposite windows open a toy.

What to do about my leaking 'ceiling type' cassette split air conditioner?
May 27, 2007 by gemhak | Posted in Maintenance & Repairs
I have recently gone to the expense of installing a new split air conditioner - the genre with a single 'cassette' escape hatch located in the center of my apartments main living compass ceiling.
Much to my dismay last summer, there was water dripping from the key cassette unit onto my floor.
The air conditioner is a 'noted brand' model and I can't take it I'm having this trouble.
How can I stop this invalid (condensation?) leaking from the ceiling outlet.
I would understand some good advice please.
Thank you.
There should be a culvert hose, make sure it not plugged by running some heat up water though it, check to see if it was install correctly

above don;t know sq. meters, but know sq. ft. 1 ton (12,000) BTU for each 600 sq. ft 8 ft. ceiling so LG 18000 is one and 1/2 tons enough for about 900 sq. ftPredominantlyHOPE THAT HELPS !!!!

What are the diameters of refrigerant pipes that should be used for a 1.5 tonne split air conditioner?
Nov 14, 2006 by Tejinderpal Singh Miglani | Posted in Other - Home & Garden
I am looking to settle a split air conditioner in a 16 by 12 feet room in my concern. I am told that for this size of room, the required role of the ac would be 1.5 ton. I want to know the size of refrigerant pipes that I should get built into the mad. I am getting divergent views from technicians. The rigidity between indoor and outdoor unit will be approximately 15-18 feet.
that is exactly one of many, many things i wonder too. it would seem that my house is totally screwed up....well-founded thing i hired a private inspection cause [not the one that was here earlier] and a real estate agent. i managed to get this info to the attorney-at-law as well. she will be able to 'cost' this out for anyone that wants to buy my theatre [officially for sale now]
